Prana (Air) & Apana (Earth)
What we take in; We take in to nourish ourselves. How do we take in? What is the quality of the inhale we bring in?
Breath gives us access to prana notice the natural breath flow in and out
A Practice for You - Taught by Dee in the lesson below
CRP tune in then go into Bridge ujjayi audible then turn the volume down
Raising arms up on the in breath and then turning it down to lighter and lighter in take of breath.
Pause between to notice and self-reflect.
Apanasana extend opposite arm and leg with inhale turning the volume down.
Table into resting pose chakra vakasana.
Other option Trikonasana and upward dog and down dog.

Lesson 2.2
Samana (Fire)
Digestion of food, thoughts and emotions. Coherent Breath a great breath practice to balance this set of vayus taking in and transporting what we need throughout the body.
Digestion
Pause after exhale what remains that is my essence? How retention and suspension of breath supports us and these currents of energy. The time to pause and notice what is the felt sense of energy itself.
Vyana (Water)
Assimilation, absorption, and circulation
What has been infiltrated am I nourished from this experience or substrate?
W1: inhale 4 counts with lifting arms, exhale for 4 counts then suspend breath for 4 counts up to 6,6,6 and see how the pause influences my essence.
Wide leg FF: 4, 6, 4 rotate twist on suspension
